While most Melbourne University students were stressing
about being back at uni, MUJSS were celebrating Succot during
the first week back after the mid-semester break.
Thanks to Chabad, a succah stood proudly on South Lawn,
and Rabbi Yehuda deVries was on campus to assist people with
making the brachot inside the succah, as well as giving students
the opportunity to shake the lulav and etrog. Of course, no
Jewish holiday would be complete at uni without a MUJSS Beer
and Bagels!
